Cover of the Week - Uncanny X-Men and Hack/Slash

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Happy Canadian Thanksgiving (we have one too, in case you didn't know).  My present to you is our Covers of the Week, where you'll be able to see some optical allusions and some allusive cover art.  So why don't you use your allusion and hit that jump to see what's what?

Ken's Cover of the Week - Uncanny X-Men #19 by Ron Garney

Ken: Reflections are a hit and miss thing when it comes to comic art, but I think this is more of a hit. The simple constant color optic blast, and then seeing the Avengers in Cyclops' visor, it works well in establishing Avengers Vs. X-Men, while still trying to maintain a lack of spoilers for anyone who might not know what's happening. We all know Cyclops is the antagonist at this point but you don't want to give anything away on the cover.

Grant's Cover of the Week - Hack/Slash #18 by Matt Merhoff

Grant: I am a guy who really loves him some Scooby-Doo.  And I'm also a guy who loves fun references to other works on his comic book covers.  So the B cover to Tim Seely's Hack/Slash this week was right up my alley.  I don't read Hack/Slash, but if I'd actually seen this on shelves, I would have had no choice but to buy this comic then and there.

Runner-Ups:  Stormwatch #13, Uncanny X-Force #32, G.I. Combat #5
