There's like three great moments in this page alone.
This was the issue where Bane, Catman, and Ragdoll tried to "step in" for the then-missing Batman, right?
I'm pretty sure this was the first issue of this series that I picked up (based on a recommendation from this very blog!). This is one of the only DC series I've ever followed. I miss it terribly.
There were some great scenes with Ragdoll dressed up as Robin.
Scenes like this make me miss that book more and more. It was a fantastic run from a fantastic writer. Books don't come much better
Great, now I miss Simone/Scott Secret Six even MORE
this issue was the only good thing to come out of battle for the cowl
Man How I miss this series
Scott's pencils are fantastic. Too bad she didn't stay on longer. The follow-up guy was atrocious.
If only Simone was writing the first appearance of Bane in the new DCnU...she always handled him with such respect
