As such, I decided to put together a list of all known Black Lanterns, basic information, such as when they died, and organized them into sections based on what miniseries or character they are typically associated with. This is a rough draft and I'll be updating it with more information and confirmed Black Lanterns as I find it. Feel free to correct any mistakes or let me know about anything I'm missing.

Fallen Green Lanterns
Of note, there are still many fallen Green Lanterns in the image above that I could not identify. I mainly used the Green Lantern/Sinestro Corps Secret Files and Origins #1, Wikipedia and DC's Blackest Night minisite as aids for figuring out most of these. If you can identify any that are currently not numbered, let me know and I can update the image.
Also, while I had been working on this annotated list of fallen Green Lanterns from the moment I finished reading Blackest Night #1, I would like to give credit to the posters from Comic Bloc forums, particularly Tenzel Kim, who had been working on his own annotated version of this image. They helped me identify about six of the background Black Lanterns in the image above.
Full List of Fallen Green Lanterns
This image is taken from Green Lantern/Sinestro Corps Secret Files and Origins #1 one-shot that came out shortly after the conclusion of the Sinestro Corps War. With the exception of Abin Sur, every one of these Green Lanterns is kept in the Crypt of the Green Lantern Corps. Abin Sur was buried on his homeworld, Ungara.

There where quite a few Black Lanterns I missed, thanks for this, Kirk.
Wow this is a great. This will help a lot as I read Blackest Night. Thanks Kirk!
Wow, I can't believe how much work and effort you put into this! Awesome.
There's one of the fallen lanterns in the back that looks a lot like Salaak and 33 looks a lot like Kilowog. What's up with that?
38 - BZZD is back !
since the second I saw Bzzd as a black lantern in blackest night #1 i've been full of horror. NOT BZZD! HOW CRUEL MUST THE WORLD BE?!
This is so so wrong....but heck I rooting for chaos! zombie JSA vs reg JSA...Boston Brand vs Deadman....Rottening Titans vs Teen Titans....Hawkman vs....um well that isn't going to happen now ain't it...especially since Johns established in JSA that the Nth Metal's properties could greatly affect the dead..(Return of Hawkman)
So it made sense that the Hawks got targeted early.. Great job on the list guys!
Are we sure about Boston Brand as a Black Lantern? He looks pretty Black Lantern-y in the solicits for BN:BM#1, but the solicit reads that he's coming to Dick's aid.
And, based on what Morrison has told us about Bruce, is it safe to assume that if Scar makes a Black Lantern Batman, his mind will reboot itself into Black Lantern Batman-of-Zur-En-Arrh?
What? What do you mean that's a terrible idea?!
Haven't seen Rocket-Red Dimitri Pushkin as Black Lantern in those lists for #blackestnight, that's good :S
@Mike-El - I was under the imperssion that the EVS sketches of Deadman confirmed it and that we'd be seeing Deadman (the ghost-figure) aiding Batman while Boston Brand's corpse would become a Black Lantern, making it two Deadmans in the comic.
Interesting that Sodam Yat is not present in the full Fallen Lantern's section. I guess a JLA:1000000esque return for him may not be out of the question after all.
@Kirk Warren: Now THAT would be interesting! It would also solve the problem of the Dibny Ghost Detectives.
