Batroc may be the best when it comes to parkour around the streets of France, but he's not very good at avoiding danger underwater. On top of that, since he can't speak and is just thinking his warning to the other villains in this team up, to them it looks like he was out in the water and then brought some sharks along to screw over everyone. Jacques Batroc he is not.
