Flash gets 'sploded, and the Venom persona gets brought out. That didn't take long, did it?
Teaser image for the upcoming year of Amazing Spider-Man. Lots of interesting things here, particularly MJ getting powers or something along those lines (look at her sticking to the wall up there).
Astonishing X-Men - Xenogenesis #5
Remind me not to piss off
Avengers Academy #9
Nice scene between Taskmaster and Finesse. While we don't have an official confirmation, and probably never will, it's very likely that he is her father after all.
Batman #707
Note the coin with the scarred side. A new, and a woman, Two-Face?
Brightest Day #20
This is Lorena Marquez, Aquagirl. She's a relatively new character AND a minority. How long until DC kills her off?
Aquaman's wound is cauterized. The hook probably coming next issue.
Oh wait, the White Entity dissolved him as well, just like with the Hawks.
Doom Patrol #19
I don't really know much about the Doom Patrol, so I had to look what this was all about. Does Danny The Street appear regularly in this series, or was this off the left field?
We can only imagine what terrible, terrible things Ragdoll was planning for her.
Green Lantern #62
"Krona's Might"? Nope, not nearly as catchy, I'm afraid. Good job on kicking Hal Jordan's butt, though!
I'm not sure if Batman is supposed to be acting as the voice of reason or as too harsh. Johns has usually portrayed him as kind of an a-hole in the past, but it's hard to argue in favor of Jordan's way here, right?
Green Lantern Corps #57
The Weaponer joins the Sinestro Corps. Did not see that coming.
Hawkeye: Blindspot #1
Hawkeye's blindness isn't caused by a problem in his eyes, but rather by a swelling in his brain that is interfering with how his brain receives the images.
Hulk #30
The Impossible Man shows up and creates the "composite Hulk" by mixing both the Red and regular old Green Hulk. Shouldn't have that created the Brown Hulk?
Kluh is basically Bizarro Hulk, who speaks in complicated and articulate sentences. Also, note Impossible Man turning into a shark in the back, as in "jumping the shark".
S.H.I.E.L.D. #6
After Tesla was killed, the Forever Man was the one to rebuild him as a half-machine. Speaking of him...
The Forever Man is actually Michelangelo (not the Ninja Turtle, the artist).
Silver Surfer #1
Galactus feeds on a star, which nourishes him back to health. Um... why doesn't Surfer just lead him to planet-less stars all the time then? They clearly feed him more powerfully, and there's plenty of them to go around.
Silver Surfer gets the silver taken out of him. Once you see his "lil surfer" there, you can't unsee it.
Supergirl #61
Stalking superheros? There's an app for that. Also, major props to Bernard Chang for actually putting Supergirl into clothes that a teenage girl would actually wear (even if Ugg boots are ugly as sin).
Thunderbolts #153
Ghost delivers mouth-to-mouth to both Songbird and Moonstone. They should be glad they were unconscious for it.
Ouch, that looks like it hurts. Hyperion just kicked Juggernaut in the knee so hard that he cracked it.
The Thunderbolts team up to beat up Hyperion. In the end, Man-Thing is the one to deliver the final blow. Very chilling scene.
Uncanny X-Force #5
When Deadpool thinks that what you did is f-ed up, you know you should reconsider your actions.
Fantomex's mother meets an early end. That's probably going to piss him off, and you don't want to get a French man angry.
Wolverine & Jubilee #2
Um, Wolverine, how do you know about that Colossus thing? (That noise you hear is the sound of thousand of fanfic writers violently writing Wolverine x Colossus slash fiction)
Wolverine #6
Oh, Hellstorm, you are incorrigible. Also, "What does he mean You People?" had me seriously laughing.
Magneto ripping off Wolverine's adamantium and Namor taking off his head. This does not actually happen in the comic, instead it's Cyclops plan to take Logan down, should he ever go rogue. That's why Namor and Magneto are both there at the scene earlier.
Wonder Woman #607
Diana uses her lasso of truth for the "first" time.
Diana finds a mural depicting her in her old costume (which at the same time is a homage to that famous Wonder Woman cover).

Oh man, that last Silver Surfer image, the colorist just had to emphasize the junk cosmic.
Yeah, there's far too few comics with Hal Jordan getting his ass kicked. Go Krona!
...and now i can finally do my hw lol.
On Doom Patrol, Danny the Street became Danny the House a few issues back. He shows up every so often with moments of awesome on par with this showing.
I totally agree with the comment on Deadpool in Uncanny X-Force. When Deadpool questions your actions, the action committed has to totally be a heinous crime. A mercenary has issues with a death? Wow! lol
I thought Fatomex only spoke with at fake french accent ;)
I'm thinking that was Gilda Dent in Batman 707 rather than a new woman Two-Face. It would fit with Daniel's love of The Long Halloween.
Gotta admit, if Deadpool the one not condoning your action then you've officialy gone too far but of course everyone knew why Fantomex did it but it does still feel wrong. Even I felt kinda shocked when he pulled the trigger on Kidpoclypse
As for Brightest Day, it's kinda messed up how Mexwell Lord is out and about ruining lives but the Hawks & Aquaman get the axe which downright sux ass.Great writing DC and didn't Bruce get a new costume or is no one gonna be consistent anymore
Yeah, Hal deserved that dressing down by Bruce (who is wearing the wrong costume, BTW).
Bizarro Hulk is pretty funny, but I hope it's just an "one-off" joke.
Cyke has a pretty good plan.
