Mitch Breitweiser is an artist who likes to draw every day. When he's not continually contributing to the Captain America mythos, he's known to post morning warm up sketches to DeviantArt, and even sell them at reasonable prices. He also contributes to ComicTwart, a blog that holds a theme each week for contributing talent to add to. This week see's Breitweiser add to the Johnny Recon sketches. I love the old school vitality in this piece, like a pulpy 50's schlock poster, and the spaceman in the background is absolutely horrifying as well as intriguing. Breitweiser often lends a moving texture to his art that's grainy and heartfelt.
