Twelve Days of Christmas with The Weekly Crisis
Merry Christmas to all those that are celebrating it, and happy holidays to everyone else as well! Because of the festivities, regular columns of The Weekly Crisis are a bit delayed, so we are going to do something different today.
Regardless of religion, everyone loves carols, right? Good, so we are going to be singing Twelve Days of Christmas, although with somewhat modified lyrics. Hit the jump, and we will all take it together from the last stanza.
On the twelfth day of Christmas, The Weekly Crisis gave to me...
Twelve war heroes...
Eleven M.O.D.O.K. allies...
Ten great warriors...
Nine cat lives...
Eight seasons of Buffy...
Seven victorious soldiers...
Six secret villains...
Five dynamic children...
Four fantastic humans...
Three weaponized animals...
Two kid sized guns...
...and a Raccoon in a cosmic tree!

haha great job Matt! loved the Rocket Raccoon one!
Gold. What more to say, it had heart, it had smiles, it had a few good titles. This should get plenty of hits on this cold Xmas day!
Ya its really very enjayable,i never forget about it.this Xmas was my life best Xmas
Rocket Raccoon is just the gravy to an awesome 12 days of comic christmas. awesome stuff
I am calling for the matchup up now...WE3 vs Rocket Raccoon and Groot....any takers? and imagine the destruction..? =)
I'm glad you guys liked it, I stayed up late to finish it, but it was totally worth it.
Also, stupid "Nine", there's no team or anything with the word nine. All I could find was some manga with the word "nine" in the title, but it wasn't "nine something" that I could use into the song. You guys were THIS close to getting "Nine ring wraiths" instead of the Catwoman one.
Matt you could have gone the Star Trek route with Deep Space Nine or that '99' book that Marvel helping distribute from the middle east in 2006-2007.... but who can argue with 9 Bolland drawn Selina Kyles?????? Good Job!
@Daryll: Deep Space Nine was among my choices as well, but I don't know about the other book you mentioned
