My name is Kirk Warren and I’m a full time comic fan blowing my pay cheques on way too many comics every week.
Back in the early 90's, my mother bought me a Spider-Man comic to shut me up on a trip. I didn’t know it at the time, but that moment changed my life. Since then I've become a full blown comic fan and now purchase well in excess of 20 comics per month plus trades and other comic related goods.
As you can see, I've taken my hobby to the next step with this blog and it's allowed me to connect every single day with thousands of people that share the same passion I have for comics and I wouldn't change that for the world.

Though you do go through air ducts a lot, I heard that the game uses them to hide loading screens, which makes it a lot cooler. You avoid loading screens while doing something that is still in character.
Also, why do I have to type my name backwards in the "Comment as" bar? Does that happen to anyone else?
@CasinoGrande - Ya, the vents mask loading times and can be used for certain sneaking sections, but it's still funny to see an entire facility with people known to escape having these giant vents to move around in. It worked in the game and I liked it, so no complaints, but funny in hindsight.
As for the comment as thing, I haven't heard that problem before. What browser are you using? Is it every time you try to comment? Anyone else having difficulties?
It's in Firefox and it only seems to happen on my Dell laptop. I'm typing this on a Macbook with Safari and I'm not having the same problem.
I guess I'm also really forgiving of Arkham Asylum because I played Killzone last week and it did a very poor job of masking loading screens. One time I thought the game had frozen because there was no loading icon and it was after I had gone through a door.
I'm surprised how close the style is to PA's usual art. If you had told me this was a regular strip, I would have believed it.

I'm sorry, but I don't get it. What happened in the strip? Did he hit his head on a pipe? I don't see any motion lines, so nobody hit him on the head, right? Is he crawling into or out of a vent duct? And if he's crawling out, why is the shot backlit? It's not like it's brighter in the airduct than it is in the room itself. Plus, the composition of the 3rd panel is so bad, you wouldn't know that Batman was in it.
he tried to go into it, but got stuck, as most air ducts arent exactly big enough for people to go moving around in like he does in the game. probably have to play it to truly get it, but i thought it was funny.
