Improvements:
Some scans along with the reviews, let the reader know what was going on.

I check your site at least once a day and honestly say it is one of the better comic book sites out there. That being said, the only suggestions that I would make can be summed up in one word: MORE. MORE MORE MORE. The charm of your site (and conversly, it's writers) is the fact that you are getting reasonable opinions about comic book (and comic book related products) from people that you could imagine yourself sitting down and talking to about those products and that is really something special. So, due to the fact that what you do is already pretty darn good in my opinion, more is the only thing I would suggest. Thanks for having a great site!

The thing i would change to improve things would be to drop the "Must Read" as your top honors. A lot of times that just seems really strong to see a whole week of "Must Read's". Having another top rank like "Buy It" (to go above "Check It") would make sure people know something's good, then if you REALLY want to emphasize something you could call it a Must Read. It would be used less often and hold more impact.

Your blog is the only comics-related blog on my RSS feed and I read most of your posts. I primarily enjoy the reviews, as I am a wait for trade reader, and decide which trade books to purchase largely based on your reviews. I also appreciate being able to keep up with the larger comic universes through your summaries of the books I do not read.

I really love just about everything here at the crisis, the reviews, collection reviews, top 10's, it's all stuff I find appealing and enjoyable and it's what has kept me coming back for over a year now.
more articles by somebody who had is short lived blog before joining you over. It has this some trading card post. It was probably matt but can't be sure so sorry about that.
Love the random thoughts. If more reviews could be included it'd be great.
Kinda liked how you had detailed ramblings on stuff about comics. I could really read more of that.

I gotta say that I love that you guys are on Twitter, gives the site a better atmosphere as it is written by people you, almost, know.
But I would say the greatest thing is it feels like news and reviews by the man on the street; not peopl trying to polish anyonee's helmet and not bitter/excitable fanboys, just news from dudes who read comics. I feel like I can relate to what you say and how you say it.

Pros: everything, man. one of the most clear, succint comic blogs i've seen on the net. the posts are really easily digestible, which is good. all of you guys, Kirk, Matt, Eric and Ryan - you all have such distinct styles to your posts, and such varying tastes that it makes it refreshing to read all your reviews and opinions.
Cons: I don't really have any. I'd just like to see more of Eric's Soapboxes, his collection of random thoughts? Those posts are my favourite, along with Moments of the Week. It'd add a great touch if Ryan put more pictures in his Power Rankings.
Also, I love Eric's Trade Waiting column - but I run into a problem in my comic buying habits when I want to switch from monthlies to trades. What is the jumping off point? for example, I purchased Invincible Iron Man #1-6 but then decided to wait for the second arc. #7, the stand-alone issue featuring Spider-Man, ended up being included in the first trade (which has led to me tracking down the issue on ebay). I know you can't tell the future, but some sort of guide for trade waiting on ongoings would be cool. like, I just started getting into Green Lantern "Sinestro Corps War" trades (because of this site, the reviews on those issues and Moments of the Week!), but i'm at a loss as to which volumes to purchase in which order - including the Green Lantern Corps trades. so I think sometimes it could be a cool feature of Trade Waiting, say if you're reviewing the Secret Invasion trade, to then give a list of relevant tie-in trades (like New Avengers and Mighty Avengers).
just a thought, but hey, give the crazy guy the microphone, you see what happens...

I really like the spoiler free reviews. Or at least mostly. I enjoy reading your reviews for recommendations on what to buy without having to worry about being retold the entire happenings of the book in detail. That said, your spoilered reviews are still just as fun, taking a different approach to critique the issue. Although I hope thats only done for high-profile books that most people would read anyways.

I usually don't read a review if it's a book I'm planning on reading later, after which I'll come back and read the review. What I'd probably like to see is more "second opinion" type reviews. I mean, people's tastes are so different, so I like getting some additional perspective. Another fun idea might be an occasional open thread. Maybe once a week. Just to nerd out in. Weekly Crisis is hands down the best comic blog there is. Have always loved the reviews, and am digging the new power rankings. Also enjoy Trade Waiting. All of the above have helped me get the best books for my dollar. Also really love the in-depth articles you occasionally do (such as the recent Sirens/Diva comparison, and my all-time favorite "What DC is doing wrong").
If anything could improve the site, it would be more indie coverage. I'm a huge Big Two fanboy, but I'd like to support and enjoy some indie books, it's just that I hear so little about them it's hard for me to take a chance. I trust your reviews, and could see the Crisis turning me on to a number of new books I'd otherwise never try.

What I like best about weeklycrisis is that there are daily posts from multiple sources covering a variety of topics (reviews, previews, trades, etc). I also like the general participation through the comments.
One item I would like to see more of is a speculations type column. Start up a thread about where comic X is going or where creator Y's head is at. Might generate more activity on the slower days.

I really enjoy your site. Unlike a reader above I love it that you guys aren't angry about comics. Comics are escapist fun for me and I like to read reviews from people that actually read comics for fun rather than as some bizarre form of masochism.
I gravitated over here for Ryan's power rankings but have been impressed by other material here, specifically Kirk's reviews and the moments of the week.
I'd also like there to be more reviews for non-Marvel/DC books.

I dont read all the reviews (just ones about books im interested in), but loved the image based ones you did for Blackest Night. Agree with some other commenter about Ryan should have some images in his reviews. They just sort of blend into each other and I lose focus half way through. Moments of the Week are my favourite.

Love the review love the site. Couple of things -
You did take the review rating system straight from IGN. Although they have changed their system, it wouldn't hurt to come up with your own. The material covered has definitely been varied especially with the additional help, but its always a good thing to cover lesser known comics and people. Its not bad or urgent, just saying there are plenty of lesser selling comics out there that would benefit from any word of mouth. otherwise, good job

I like longer-form posts, the ones that are more editorial articles than the actual reviews. For example, the Marvel Wednesday Comics article was one I really liked. It forces you to actually think of comics as a medium and not just thinking about if "This issue rocked!" or "This issue sucked!".

My favorite feature is definitely the moments of the week. It's a bit invaluable, really, since being a comic fan usually means a commitment to knowing the current status of hundreds of characters in a shared universe. On a fixed comics budget, that's impossible.
