Cover of the Week - Sub-Mariner Comics & Moon Knight

Hello folks, it's Matt Ampersand covering for Kirk for this week's chosen colorful comic covers. He sent me a message saying he was very busy this week, something about cars, so I assume he is currently occupied saving the world and fighting along the Autobots. Hit the jump to see what Eric and me chose as our favorite covers this week.

Eric's Cover of the Week - Sub-Mariner Comics #1

Eric:
Namor, solving problems by hitting people with torpedoes since 1939. I also like the covers for these 70th Anniversary specials. A nice throw back with a modern look. Very nice.

Matt's Cover of the Week - Moon Knight #29

Matt:
I continue to love Gabriele Dell'Otto's work on these Moon Knight covers. It's very dynamic work, and I just love the Zapata Bros. Comics need more tag-teaming twin Mexican luchadores.

Runners-up: Godland #27 & Air #8

Good picks, it's just too bad the actual content of the Sub-Mariner issue couldn't have been a bit better.
