Must Read - 39 (25%)
Check It - 61 (40%)
Avoid It - 18 (12%)
Didn't Read It - 36 (23%)
Total Votes - 154
Conclusion
Despite having roughly 40 more votes than the Final Crisis #1 poll, which only ran for about two days compared to the Secret Invasion #3 poll that ran for a solid week, it seems Secret Invasion came away with similar stats for Check It and Didn't Read It, which tells me there's probably a segment of Marvel only and DC only fans as well as people that just don't buy into the major events simply not reading either event book.
However, the major difference between FC #1 and SI #3 came in the large difference in Must Read and Avoid It's. The Must Read's, in particular, saw a noticeable drop of about 10% when compared to Final Crisis #1 and the Avoid It's increased by 5%.
It appears more people, on the whole, enjoyed Final Crisis #1 over Secret Invasion #3. Whether that is indicitive of a difference in quality or if it just has more to do with Secret Invasion being farther along than Final Crisis, which may see a similar drop in stats when it reaches its third issue, remains to be seen.
For reference, while I've been completely disinterested in Secret Invasion, I thought SI #3 was the best issue so far and gave it and Final Crisis #1 a Must Read verdict.

Interesting poll. As much as I am way more of a DC fan than a Marvel one, I was so let down by Final Crisis #1, that my favorite still is Secret Invasion #3.
I guess Final Crisis #1 just had more votes, comparing both polls, because it was a #1.
