Ken's Cover of the Week - A+X #5 by David Lafuente
Ken: Wax on, wax off. All the hand movements just make for something different plus the pairing of Iron Fist and Doop. I also like that the pair are actually taking the cover back from that very big, very obtrusive logo that takes up a third of the cover.
Grant's Cover of the Week - Snapshot #2 by Jock
Grant: Jock is a cover wizard, and his latest effort for his and Andy Diggle's Snapshot is yet another brilliant example of that simple truth. I love the simple colours here, with the huge swatch of black makes the splash of red and grey really stand out. Those colour blocks also draw the eye to the figure on the bike, giving the whole thing a great sense of import and of speed.
