Crisis on Infinite Arts - Andrew MacLean's ApocalyptiGirl

For this week’s Crisis on Infinite Arts we have artist Andrew MacLean. Comics Alliance recently published an article announcing MacLean’s upcoming graphic novel for Dark Horse called ApocalyptiGirl, so we figured it’d be a good time to show off some of his awesome work. Hit the jump for more!

MacLean’s biggest claim to fame has probably been his Kickstarted comic called Head Lopper, which is pretty much how it sounds. It’s a fun fantasy tale full of humor and heads being removed from their bodies. MacLean’s art is a clean, simplistic style with definite Mignola inspiration and a woodblock style feeling to it. Most of the coloring that he does is very soft and watercolory. Needless to say, his art is unique.
